New 192,000 square foot junior high school built adjacent to the former junior high school as part of a study from 2013 that compared the cost of adding onto other existing buildings in the district versus building new.

This new building provides a more modernized and flexible learning environment for students, and fulfilled the needs of the district.

Additionally, a separate follow-up project was created to save and renovate the oldest, historic portion of the former Junior High School to be repurposed as an Alternative Education Center.
