BCV Hires Dr. Randy Zimmerly as Director of Educational Support

Dr. Randy Zimmerly is joining BCV as the Director of Educational Support to offer superintendents and school boards practical and ongoing support before, during, and after capital improvement projects.
Randy is an advocate for superintendents and public education. His 23 years as a superintendent, six years teaching at Ball State University, and many mentoring relationships allow him to address the challenges and opportunities facing school leaders today.
Randy will share strategies and processes for superintendents and boards to achieve their goals. Every district is unique, and Randy’s experience as a full-time and interim leader in multiple districts, along with his work in board development and strategic planning, provides him with the expertise to identify and preserve community assets and identify and implement community advancements. Without a plan, there is seldom improvement.
BCV’s recognition of the great work being done by school leaders is not just a formality but a commitment. We have created this position to assist our valued partners tasked with serving Indiana’s children. We are excited to have Dr. Zimmerly as a part of BCV, and we look forward to the positive impact he will bring to our collective mission.
