BCV Named a 2025 Emerging Professional Exemplary Firm

BCV is honored to be recognized by the American Institute of Architects (AIA) as a 2025 Emerging Professional Exemplary Firm.
This distinction celebrates firms that meaningfully invest in developing the next generation of architects through mentorship, professional development opportunities, licensure support, and a culture that encourages continuous learning.
At BCV, we truly value our young professionals and strive to give them opportunities to explore all aspects of project design and construction. We are proud of the support—both financial and intellectual—we provide as they grow in their careers. We are fortunate to have interns who return to our firm throughout their schooling, like Caeden Moughler; first-time interns, like Natalie Wright; and interns who have become full-time team members, like Kassi Rawleigh, who, along with Armando Solis, is pursuing licensure. We remain committed to supporting them through licensure and throughout these formative years as they transition from school into the professional world.
We are grateful for this recognition from the AIA and even more thankful for the emerging professionals who bring talent, curiosity, and energy to our practice each day. Their success strengthens our firm and the communities we serve.
