Mark Snyder Joins as BCV’s Director of Business Development

We’re excited to welcome Mark Snyder as BCV’s new Director of Business Development!

With over 28 years of dedicated experience in K–12 education—as a teacher, administrator, athletic director, and director of business—Mark Snyder brings a wealth of knowledge and deep insight into the unique needs and challenges school districts face today. Throughout his career, Mark has demonstrated a strong commitment to supporting students, staff, and communities. In his new role as Director of Business Development at BCV, he will play a key role in connecting with both new and existing clients, fostering meaningful relationships, and collaborating closely with our team to develop strategic solutions that help us better serve the  communities we partner with.

As a lifelong resident of Fort Wayne, Mark’s roots run deep in the community. He studied with both universities at, (then) Indiana University—Purdue University Fort Wayne, earning his Bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and went on to complete a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Indiana University.

Mark’s familiarity with BCV extends beyond his new position—he has worked with our team as a client in previous leadership roles, and his appreciation for our work and culture made him a natural fit for our firm. We are excited to officially welcome Mark Snyder to the BCV family and look forward to the impact he will make.
