Strengthening Financial Expertise for the Schools We Serve

BCV is pleased to share that Candace Norris has earned her Business Office Specialist certificate through the Indiana Association of School Business Officials (IASBO). Candace has been a valued member of our team for 8 years, and this milestone reflects her continued dedication to professional growth and client support.
This certification represents more than 66 hours of coursework and seminars covering key aspects of school business management—including budgeting, construction finance, risk management, HR administration, and the laws and regulations that guide school operations.
Candace pursued this certification to better support the increasing number of new business managers and financial staff in school districts. Her expanded knowledge helps our clients navigate the complexities of school budgeting—especially as it relates to capital projects—and strengthens the service we provide to districts across the state.
School finances are anything but simple, and Candace’s commitment to understanding them at a deeper level benefits both our team and the schools we serve.
We’re proud of her dedication and the expertise she brings to BCV.
