We are excited to share that Juventino ‘Tino’ Mendoza has officially earned the Pump Systems Assessment Professional (PSAP) certification, an ANSI-accredited credential from the Hydraulic Institute. Hydronic heating and cooling pumps are among the largest electricity consumers in K-12 school facilities, yet they often operate inefficiently over time as school campuses expand. As a PSAP-certified engineer, Tino specializes in auditing these mechanical loops in full, using rigorous ISO and ASME standards to identify hidden energy waste, eliminate throttling losses, and keep classrooms operating at optimal comfort levels.

This specialized expertise directly translates into lower operational costs and smarter long-term facility management. By right-sizing system demand and optimizing pump performance, we help districts slash annual utility bills—allowing crucial funds to focus on students and teachers rather than paying for wasted electricity. Furthermore, having a PSAP-certified engineer ensures our clients meet the strict diagnostic requirements needed to qualify for valuable utility energy rebates and helps prevent costly mid-winter boiler or cooling breakdowns before they happen.

We are proud of Tino’s commitment to continuing to deliver long-term value and smarter energy solutions to each of our partners!
